WEDDING PLANNER COURSE IN ENGLISH

As I many times said I am not only working as a wedding planner but  also as a teacher for future Italian wedding planners.

But after so many courses throughout Italy I had a dream to share with the CEO and President of Kronos Consulting, the school and together we thought about the first wedding planner course entirely thought and taught for the English audience.

The course will be an intense three days, based on a week end where the student will learn on how to organize, create a wedding in Italy, specifically in Florence.

Kronos Consulting is a well established firm in Florence which works in the educational field with various courses all over Italy for the past five years. Together with the Italian wedding planners association, Wedding Angels, it gives students the opportunity to learn all the aspects of the wedding planner job.

Dott.ssa Natalina Villanova, the CEO of  Kronos Consulting and President of the Wedding Angels together with Nicola Santini a bon ton guru as well as a TV well known journalist and Simona Cappitelli, a wedding planner based in Florence who works with both Italian and foreigner clients, create the first wedding planner course taught in English for abroad students.

If you are a foreigner student and your dream is working in Italy, understand the country and know the territory as well as understand the wedding world, this might be the right course for you. The course is taught entirely in English but by Italian teachers who are more than happy to share their knowledge with you. You will learn the Italian way of organizing the event of the event, taking all the aspects of the organization.

Curator and Manager: Natalina Villanova

Tutor and Vice President of the Wedding Angels , Italian wedding planner association: Nicola Santini

Wedding Planner and teacher: Simona Cappitelli of the La Testimone di Nozze, weddings and private events in Italy
Official course of the Italian wedding planner association, Wedding Angels:

The association  is an idea of Natalina Villanova : “to promote the work of the wedding planners and the development of them,  trough fairs, events, workshops, courses and to put them in collaboration with private societies both national and international representatives and much more”.

The course will develop into three  full days, Friday, Saturday and Sunday  and will give the possibility to students to see two different locations, Palazzo Vecchio, the site of all the civil weddings in Florence with a visit to the Red Room, a castle in the Chianti country side and  another stunning location in Florence with of course a lesson in class.

Low cost proposal low and high season 2012

As I told you in the other post I visited again the hotel near Palazzo Vecchio where I had the chance to spend and evening out. Well, the hotel is composed by 74 rooms all different in style, a large room where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner (in February the real restaurant will be open in the small cloister of the hotel so i will tell you about that later on ). For receptions the capacity is about 80 people if it is a seated dinner or lunch if it is only a cocktail even 150.

The room are large and elegant and they have a particular attention to ecology, infact linens, duvets and so on are all allergies free, such as the amenities you find in the bathroom and the cleaner products of the ladies.

They have also a floor named Tuscan Floor where the acess is only for those who rented the 13 rooms there. Before dinner they serve an aperitif for those who sleep in that floor. Here the rooms are different, because they are all composed by different styles: Tuscan, Florentine, Maroccan, Indian, and French…and all are unique and antique pieces of art.  Even if is a fours star superior hotel the price of the menus are so good that I can contemplate to offer this place even in high season with at least 6 months notice.

So if you are interested in this please feel free to ask information at info@latestimonedinozze.com

A lot to say….

New post soon. Sorry but lots to do in these days..I have to tell you a lot : new wedding packages for 2012, affordable cost but in an amazing surrounding, and then the tale of the lost ring of the american couple who got married at the end of june.

A location which once was the site of the Italian parliament

This top four stars hotel set in one of the most important square of Florence, few steps from the Duomo , but above all from pala Vecchio where all the civil weddings of Florence take place.

The hotel  Bernini Palace was once the site of the Italian Parliament when Florence was the Capital of Italy soon after the unification. the room is not a very large room set at the second floor of this charming palace. The food is excellent as well as the people who work there.

I had the chance to visit this jewel during the monthly and last God save the wine of 2011. The event is always in the nicest locations in town, the Florence greenhouse, the Helvetia Bristol hotel, The Bardini terrace…and it always give me the chance to make an inspection to the location and of course is a great occasion to see friends, share projects and ideas…this will be for sure a location for 2012 weddings in Florence.  I will go for inspection very soon but this is a truly real place for those of you choosing to marry at Palazzo Vecchio.
