A wedding with a view on Florence

She was a small, sweet woman with a smiley face, he was very sweet too and you could tell they were deeply in love with each other. Surrounded only by few memebers of family and friends they did a symbolic ceremony in front of Florence, litterally!

Romantic elopement in Florence

It was a fine, warm, but not umberable, July day and a beautiful couple (like all my couples are) decided to elope in Florence.

Lots of laughs, with all my crew, like you can see from the pictures done by Camille Cheade for Alessandro Giannini and lots of love, always

Late spring wedding with a view

The wedding of this lovely and beautiful couple was in June and it seems so far away…we were discussing with the bride not so long ago (and yes I like to keep in touch with my brides).

They married in a huge church of the city centre few steps from Palazzo Vecchio

The cocktail and dinner was done on the terrace of the Grand Hotel Baglioni.

A front sea may wedding

So long ago since last time I wrote here but it was a very full summer, events, weddings….I just want to share with you my latest ones, now that I have some time off (my last wedding of the season will be in ten days).

This beautiful couple decided to tie the knot in Castiglioncello, a charming sea resort south of Livorno where I personally have fond memories of some summers I spent there as a teenager.

I don’t want to say much, only leave the images talk from the website of the very talented Gabi Alves, a brazilian photographer based in Paris.

Wine wedding in Artimino Resort

They came last October to choose their location and immediately it was a bang!

We liked each others from the very beginning! It is something called empathy or electives affinities…something that happen to people when they recognize each other and put trust in each others. And then, they were so beautiful…a couple full of energy and you could feel that they were deeply in love. After few days around Florence and Tuscany we ended up in Artimino resort and they immediately fell in love with the estate once a country residence of the Medici family.

They decided to do a blessing ceremony held by a groom’s uncle but of one thing they were sure: the color palette to use. September is the harvest season in Italy and the color should have been wine color .

So burgundy hydrangea, roses, vines branches, brown leaves etc…an arch with a view, the aisle with petals and their love….

Images explain a lot in this case

A wedding in Radda in Chianti

Gentle hills, farmhouses, castles villas, olive trees, vineyards…this is the image that everyone has of Tuscany and it is true.

We are like to live in such a magnificent land.

That’s’ why also thousands of people choose Tuscany every year to say “yes, I do”. Whatever is your taste of conviction you can choose between catholic weddings, blessing, civil ceremonies etc…

  1. and B. chose Tuscany because it was their dream to tie the knot in this thousand mile destination from their home country. They wanted to share with the closer and dearest their big day in a countryside environment that they found in Radda in Chianti.

Would you like to marry in a garden? In Florence you can

Aided by a beautiful sunny Sunday (strange because they had given bad weather) and also because of the fact that for the first time in two months I spent the week end at home, I made a trip to the Piazzale Michelangelo and then I headed to the Garden of the Roses.

It must have been the warm and sunny day, but the garden is wonderful and the view that one enjoys is really incomparable!

You should know that since last year you can get married civilly in this’ paradise. There are many couples who want to get married in a garden, and if you cannot do it religiously, at least not for Catholics, for the civil ceremony many municipalities are gearing up to meet these demands.

At the Rose Garden you can get married on Tuesday mornings twice a month during the months of May, June, July and September, and the price ranges from 1,500 to 3000 and that depends on whether you are resident or not. Write to info@latestimonedinozze.com
