She was a small, sweet woman with a smiley face, he was very sweet too and you could tell they were deeply in love with each other. Surrounded only by few memebers of family and friends they did a symbolic ceremony in front of Florence, litterally!
A secluded church away from the crowds of Florence, a Renaissance villa overlooking Florence, an amazing couple surrounded by lots of love. These are the ingredients of this wedding held in Florence at beginining of september 2016…more are coming, stay tuned
So long ago since last time I wrote here but it was a very full summer, events, weddings….I just want to share with you my latest ones, now that I have some time off (my last wedding of the season will be in ten days).
This beautiful couple decided to tie the knot in Castiglioncello, a charming sea resort south of Livorno where I personally have fond memories of some summers I spent there as a teenager.
I don’t want to say much, only leave the images talk from the website of the very talented Gabi Alves, a brazilian photographer based in Paris.
The Four Season in Florence, probably is one of the most beautiful Four Season Hotel in the world. The Gherardesca palace is set in one of the largest garden of Florence and together with the old part, the Conventino, the location is very versatile.
The wedding ceremony was held at Palazzo Vecchio followed by a cocktail at il Palagio, the one star Michelin restaurant of the Four Season. The wedding reception was very elegant, sober and fast, as they couple wanted to be. We started at 1pm and everything was over by 4pm. This is because they wanted free the guests so they could reach their summer retreats without ruined the week end.
I chose for them a very simple yet delicate table arrangement with red roses and gypsophila for the outside patio, as well as the favors table and the dessert buffet.
The music was classical played by a violin and a cello.
When you have a so important location, full of history and innate elegance you don’t need to add so much, just have fun like the couple had.
